International Women’s Day (IWD) is kicking off with local and global celebrations dedicated to the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women. This year’s theme is “Inspiring Inclusion,” and it gives us an opportunity to recognize how everyone everywhere can take steps to inspire inclusion.
Whether big or small, obvious or discreet, these steps go a long way in our own organization. Why? - because they’re critical to ensuring that everyone feels confident bringing their authentic self to work and applying their unique strengths and skills to our collaborative, client-driven projects.
Every step that inspires inclusion propels us forward together, so collectively, we strive to take and reinforce such steps with genuine care. Today, some of our team members are acknowledging the deep importance and equitable impact of these steps to our shared success.
